Order and delivery terms for Sami Laiho courses provided by Corellia Helsinki.
- Private, corporate, and public sector customers can purchase training-related products and services from Corellia Helsinki Ltd’s (business ID 2556121-8) online store. Finnish law and these terms of order apply to the online store.
- Private and corporate customers can place orders without registering for the service. In this case, the contact details provided by the buyer will be primarily used for delivering the order and processing the payment transaction. The buyer must be 18 years old.
- Detailed information on the handling of customer personal data is described in the privacy policy.
- Prices
The prices of the trainings are expressed in euros. The prices of the trainings on the presentation pages are exclusive of value-added tax. The applicable value-added tax is added to the price of the training. We reserve the right to change prices on our website. The customer will be charged the price that the training had at the time of ordering.
- Right to change and cancellation policy for trainings
If there is an obstacle, the training place can be transferred to another person in the same company. The buyer has the right to cancel or transfer their registration to another date free of charge no later than 14 days before the start of the training. After this, compensation for cancellation or transfer must be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.Cancellation or transfer can be made by calling +358 40 7070 202 or by emailing myynti@corellia.fi.Corellia Helsinki reserves the right to cancel the training or reschedule it. The cancellation or rescheduling will be notified to those who have enrolled in the training 7 days before the scheduled date of the training. If the training is cancelled entirely or rescheduled in such a way that the registrant is unable to attend the training at a new time, any participation fee already paid will be refunded. The organizer is not responsible for any costs related to participation in the training, its cancellation, or rescheduling.
- Payment and invoicing
Matti Laiho Ltd (business ID 0482947-3) is responsible for the invoicing of trainings. Once the training has been held Matti Laiho Ltd will send an invoice to the billing address provided during registration. The payment term is 14 days from the date of the invoice for invoiced payments. For delayed payments, interest on arrears according to the applicable Interest Act will be charged. Matti Laiho Ltd has the right to transfer its due claims for collection to a collection agency at the customer’s expense.
- Corellia is not liable for damages caused by force majeure. Corellia Helsinki is not liable for any damages caused by errors in products, services, or digital content.
