MS-102 Microsoft 365 Administrator

Kurssilla perehdytään neljään keskeiseen elementtiin Microsoft 365 yrityspalvelun hallinnassa: tenantin ja palveluiden hallintaan, identiteetin hallintaan, tietoturvan hallintaan sekä Microsoft 365 vaatimustenmukaisuuden hallintaan.

Microsoft 365 palvelun hallinnassa käydään läpi palveluiden suunnittelu, organisaation profiili, tilausvaihtoehdot, käyttäjätunnukset, erilaiset ryhmät sekä lisenssit. Microsoft 365 Apps -sovelluksen (entinen Office 365 ProPlus) jakelu sekä hallinta.

Identiteetin hallinnassa tutustutaan Microsoft Entra ID (entinen Azure Active Directory) suunnittelun, käyttöönottoon sekä käyttäjätunnuksien synkronointiin Active Directorystä Entra Connect Syncin ja Entra Cloud Syncin avulla.

Tietoturvapuolella käydään läpi Microsoft 365 Defender, Microsoft 365 Defender for Cloud Apps, Multi-factor autentikointi, Conditional Access, Entra ID Procection sekä työasemien suojaus Defender for Endpoint -ohjelmistolla.

Vaatimustenmukaisuus osiossa katsotaan miten voidaan estää tietovuodot Data Loss Prevention (DLP) ominaisuuksilla, perehdytään tietojen arkistointiin ja säilytyskäytäntöihin, perehdytään sähköpostien salaukseen sekä tietojen luokitteluun Microsoft Purview Information Protection avulla.

Tule mukaan oppimaan, miten hyödyntää Microsoft 365 -palvelua tehokkaasti ja varmista organisaatiosi sujuva ja turvallinen toiminta. Koulutus valmistaa Microsoftin viralliseen sertifiointitestiin MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator -testiin, joka on osa Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert -sertifikaatin vaatimuksista.
